All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.  If you cancel your appointment for any reason, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your schedule appointment time, you will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment is considered cancelled.

If you ask to reschedule you less than 72 hours before your appointment, you deposit will be forfeited.  You will be required to pay a new deposit in order to book another appointment.

If you do ask to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance you MUST commit to a new appointment date within 2 weeks.  If you fail to reschedule within two weeks of your rescheduling request you will forfeit your deposit.  A new deposit for a rescheduled appointment will follow the same guidelines as an originally deposit policy.  If you reschedule more than 2 times you will lose all deposits and not be booked in the future a the artists discretion.

A deposit goes toward the time and development of the project that you schedule.  If you make changes to your original project design you will forfeit your deposit at the artist's discretion.  You may be asked to reschedule due to advanced in person changes.  If you must reschedule due to in person design changes you may be asked to submit a new deposit for a new appointment request.

This deposit policy is put in place to protect that artists.  We appreciate and value your time and we ask that you do the same for us.

COVID 19-  If you are feeling ill, having symptoms of, or have been diagnosed with COVID 19 please contact us as soon as possible.  If it is possible please do not wait until your appointment date to let us know.
